The Silverwood flute in the key of D is especially designed to give players the authentic feel and sound of a wooden head joint based on the famous Rudall Rose flutes much loved by players of Celtic music.
We asked respected Irish flute-player and teacher Matt Dean what he thought of the Silverwood flute. (Spoiler – he liked it a lot!)
Matt Dean is originally from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, now living in Listowel, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
